Disclosure of information to CathConnect Attendance Dues
The Archdiocese as the Schools Proprietor uses CathConnect as the authorised diocesan system to
securely manage Attendance Dues information. Personal data collected for enrolment and invoicing
is stored and handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and accessed only by authorised
personnel.
Security
The Archdiocese uses a range of security mechanisms and procedures to protect the information it
holds about users of this website. The financial information collected from you when we process
your online credit card payment is collected on a secure server that uses the latest encryption
technology. The information is strictly confidential, and the only people who have access to this
information are the people processing your payment, being either Windcave or Stripe. Please refer
to their individual privacy policies. Our e-commerce sites use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Personal information that is no longer required will be destroyed in accordance with relevant
legislation and the Archdiocesan Records Retention and Disposal Schedule.
