It was a great turnout on June 20 and 21 for the 150th anniversary of the first Catholic resident priest in the Wairarapa!
Celebrations commemorating Fr Antoine Halbwachs’ appointment as the very first official Catholic priest in the Wairarapa Valley included an anniversary Mass, book launch, lunch and concerts.
