Archbishop Paul wishes to advise that yesterday he received the sad news of the sudden death of Fr Penehe Patelehio (Fr Pene), who died in Paraparaumu at the age of 67.
Further details regarding arrangements and funeral liturgies will be shared when they are known.
For now, we ask you to please pray for the repose of Fr Pene’s soul, and for comfort and strength for his family, parish community, and all those who mourn his passing.
