A Mass was held at the Home of Compassion in Island Bay on Friday, 19 June to celebrate 191 years since the birthday of Suzanne Aubert!
Suzanne Aubert was born on 19 June, 1835 in France, and died in 1926 in Wellington. Her legacy of serving the poor and those in need continues on with the Sisters of Compassion.
We give thanks for Suzanne’s legacy, and pray for those who continue to serve our communities.
